Beijing Daxing International Airport, one of the “New Seven Wonders of the World,” has a total investment of RMB 450 billion. Micoe participated in 12 clean energy hot water projects at the airport, delivering low-carbon hot water solutions.

Flat plate solar collectors — 602 units, German-imported, laser welded

Piping & insulation — 304 stainless steel + Class B1 rubber-plastic + aluminum cladding

Pump system — German components, low noise, low vibration

High hot water demand — Separated collector design improved efficiency for 20000 people and over 1000 tons daily.

Rooftop runway — U-type collectors were adopted with no site impact.

Complex construction — Over 1000 workers across 12 engineering types, with integrated R&D and supply chain.

Noise control — German pumps ensured minimal vibration.

Durability — 304 stainless steel with aluminum-clad insulation.

Coordination — A proprietary control system ensured unified operation and safety.

Over 1000 construction workers were deployed across 12 engineering categories, making this the most complex cross-discipline construction in the history of clean energy.

To accommodate the airport's rooftop runway, Micoe adopted a U-type solar collector solution, ensuring no impact on site use while maintaining efficient energy collection and conversion.
