Certified to multiple international standards, including CE-EMC, UN38.3, IEC62619, IEC60730, IEC62440, and IEC62040, meeting the market access requirements of regions such as Europe and Australia. As a listed manufacturing enterprise, Micoe provides a 5-year factory warranty and supports global OEM/ODM customization services.
3. System Workflow
Daytime Solar Charging: When sunlight is sufficient, rooftop PV panels generate electricity, prioritizing household loads, with surplus energy stored in the PowerCool battery.
Evening Solar Self-Consumption: When solar irradiance decreases and PV generation is insufficient, the battery releases stored solar energy, prioritizing stored power to reduce grid electricity purchases.
Grid Outage Backup: During grid failures, the system rapidly switches with the inverter to continuously power pre-selected critical loads.
System Status Monitoring: LCD screen (optional) + WiFi APP for real-time viewing of battery level, charge/discharge power, and historical operating data.

Q1: Can this battery power the whole house?
A: Depends on the total continuous load and appliance startup surge power. Paired with an inverter, this battery pack is suitable for powering selected low-power critical circuits; whole-house backup for high-power devices like air conditioners requires a larger capacity system and separate evaluation.
Q2: What is the usable energy?
A: Total capacity 5.22kWh, usable energy 4.96kWh at 95% DOD. High DOD allows full utilization of stored energy.
Q3: What are the DOD and cycle life of this Micoe ESS battery?
A: Supports 95% DOD with a 6000-cycle lifespan. High DOD means higher usable energy, and longer cycle life reduces long-term usage costs.
Q4: Can a refrigerator and office computer run simultaneously?
A: Yes, provided their combined running power + refrigerator startup surge power does not exceed the rated capacity of the paired inverter.
Q5: What is the maximum parallel connection?
A: Maximum support for 15 units in parallel. You can start with a single unit and expand later as power demand grows.
Q6: Can it be installed outdoors?
A: No. It is an IP20 indoor model and must be installed in a dry indoor environment, protected from rain, moisture, and direct sunlight.
Q7: What information is needed for a quotation?
A: Installation country, local AC voltage, critical load list to be backed up, PV panel specifications, expected backup duration, order quantity, and monitoring requirements.
Q8: Is an inverter included?
A: This product is a standalone battery pack and does not include an inverter. It must be paired with a compatible hybrid/off-grid inverter for operation.
Q9: Warranty and certifications?
A: 5-year factory warranty, holding CE-EMC, UN38.3, IEC62619, and other certifications. OEM customization supported.
Q10: Which inverters are compatible? What are the communication interfaces?
A: Uses CAN + RS485 communication protocol, compatible with most mainstream hybrid PV inverters. Built-in WiFi module for mobile APP monitoring.
Q11: Can it be used off-grid?
A: Yes, paired with an off-grid/hybrid inverter for off-grid power and backup. The battery itself is a DC storage unit and cannot directly power household appliances without an inverter.
Q12: What is the operating temperature range?
A: Charging: 0~55°C; Discharging: -15~55°C. Stable operation in both cold and hot regions.
Q13: What is the difference between LFP and NMC lithium batteries?
A: We use LiFePO4 cells, which offer better thermal safety, longer cycle life, and stable performance—currently the mainstream solution for global residential energy storage.
